Helpful Tips
Group Names
- Purchasing a course for a number of student to take requires you to create a ‘Group’.
- We recommend naming your groups by years. Since some courses offer certifications that are valid for a fix period – for example the Securement 101 certification is valid for two years – naming your groups by years will make it easy to figure out when a student need to be recertified.
- You can add additional courses for your group to take as they become available.

Seats & Students
- You purchase one seat per student you wish to enroll in the course.
- What if I will have other students that will need training soon? You don’t need to fill every seat with a student immediately after purchasing the seat. The seats you purchase will remain open until all seats have been filled. (Example: you could purchase 20 seats in Securement 101 to take advantage of our bulk discount pricing, even if you currently only have 15 students who need to take the course. The remaining seats will remain unfilled and accessible and you can add fill the remaining seats with new hires as they need training.)
- You can also add additional seats and invite additional students to a group at any point.
- Payment can be done via paypal or credit card. If you need to request a different method of payment please contact us at [email protected]
- NOTE: Students will receive their invitation to the course via e-mail and must have a working email address to be registered.

Group Management
- As a group manager you will be able to track the progress of the students you register throughout the course. You will be able to view:
- Student Progress (not started, started, completed)
- If they Passed/Failed
- The date completed the course
- Their certificate of completion which includes their course score (downloadable PDF)
